Online Complaint Management is a Web based project which is used to manage Customers complaints Online. User can login, and Create complaint, view complaint details and track the status of its complaint. It has Admin module where Admin can login and View all complaint details, assign the complaint to specific Employee to work and check the status of Assigned Complaint. Admin can create/ Update or Delete Employees details, View reports.

Employee can also and check all complaint assigned to it, work on complaint and Update the status of complaint. Once Completed Employee can Close the complaint, and Customer can view the complaint status, Employees comments. Escalation matrix functionality is also available by which if compliant is not addressed in defined time range then these complaint can be escalated to upper level.

SOFTWARE FEATURE

  • Complaint Redressale Management System is a Web based Portal for Customers and Company’s Employee. Employee can login, and Create complaint, view complaint details and tracks the status of its complaint. Customer can Book and view the complaint status and remark by company.
  • In this we have Admin module where Admin can login and View all complaint details, assign the complaint to specific Employee to work and check the status of Assigned Complaint. Admin can create/ Update or Delete Employees details, View reports.
  • Employee can check and resolve complaint and Update the status of complaint. Escalation matrix functionality is also available by which if compliant is not addressed in defined time range then these complaint can be escalated to upper level. This will help in creating Accountability of Employee.
  • Its having Auto SMS and Email functionality Where ever required.
