Provide client support ( onsite and online )
Handling client issues
New client training for software functionality to get most of out software products

Key Skills :
Good understanding about software products and development.
Good communication skill.
Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
Ability to work independently
Must be familiar with computers software.
Good relationship building ability with client

Candidates having knowledge on software language, SQL server will be preferred.
